Log in to your account at www.paypal.com |

Click on the "Send Money" tab.

In the "To" field, enter the email address payments@encorere.com |

For the amount, include your rent amount PLUS any late fees and/or utilities, PLUS the payment fee of $50. |

Click on the "Personal" tab and select "Living expense" then click "Continue". |

Make sure the box is checked that says "I will pay the fee". |

Scroll to the bottom of the page. In the Message field be sure to include your property address and phone number so we may properly apply your payment. |

Click on "Send Money". |
