Is there a minimum sales volume requirement?
No. You will pay only $500 per closed transaction regardless of the volume.
How much is the total charge per closed transaction?
We charge $500 per transaction plus a $99 risk-management fee. The rest of the commission is yours.
What about the cost of the risk management?
There is a risk management fee of $99 per closed transaction. This fee includes the costs of E&O insurance, legal advice, settlements, judgments, legal fees, claims and litigation and other risk-management costs.
Is there a transaction fee for the agent who referred me to EncoreRE?
No, this is not a pyramid structure. You won’t owe your future commissions to anyone else.
Can I negotiate my commissions with clients?
Yes. You are free to set your own sales commission as long as it covers the transaction and risk management fee.
Can I use a local source for business cards, business signs and other materials?
Yes. As long as your marketing materials are approved by EncoreRE, you are free to buy them where you choose.
Am I free to use any lender, title company or escrow company in my transactions?
Yes. We have valuable relationships with vendors that may helpful to you, but you are free to select the services you choose.
