William (Bill) Souvall, Principal Broker

Bill has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has experience in all areas of the industry. As a real estate broker, he has successfully marketed and closed residential, commercial, industrial, and land development properties. As a real estate mortgage loan officer and broker, he has successfully originated and closed residential, commercial and development loans with banks, wholesale mortgage institutions, FHA and private lenders.

Negotiated several land development projects – Lehi subdivision, East Millcreek luxury condominium home project (Edgemont Estates), Midvale Office Buildings, Midvale Centre Square Mixed-Use Development, and more.
Commercial loan dealings with Zions Bank, Cyprus Credit Union, Washington Mutual, Brighton Bank, and smaller private investors for bridge loans.
Involved in the development process for a number of projects—zoning change applications, conditional use permits, and other entitlement issues approved by various planning commissions throughout the Wasatch Front.

Mr. Souvall has been a principal broker for Fortress Real Estate Advisors for many years. He also acted as branch manager for a real estate syndication company (Kenman Corporation). He also has property management experience in leasing, collections, and overseeing maintenance for multiple industrial buildings with approximately 250,000 square feet of office/warehouse space.

Kathy Van Sleen, MBA, Realtor

Kathy has extensive executive, financial, legal and real estate experience, with specialized expertise in multifamily commercial properties, short sales and property management. Most recently she has focused on providing comprehensive solutions for commercial property owners facing foreclosure or looking for strategic alternatives to default. In addition to bringing real estate and financial savvy to complex transactions, Kathy understands the legal ramifications for property owners. She provides paralegal services to foreclosure defense attorneys nationwide and is affiliated with Vanguard Legal in Utah. Kathy has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and her passion for finding the best solution for property owners is demonstrated in every transaction. Kathy's previous experience includes:

Founding principal in JK Short Sale, a safe, effective, no-cost short sale program.
Founding principal in JK Property Management, a multifamily property management firm.
Founding principal in REventures, a full-service real estate brokerage with multifamily renovation, investment, and management services.
Founding principal in NuVida Ventures, which acquired and renovated multifamily properties in Phoenix.
SVP of Finance and Administration for Diversa (NASDAQ: DVSA), a biotechnology company. Positioned company for their $200 million IPO.
SVP for Syscon Corporation, a $135 million systems development company
Kathy earned a BSIS from George Mason University, an MA from Alliant University, and an MBA from Marymount University.
